Club Car™ Certified Technicians

With over 66,000 square feet of secure fenced service and storage area and 12,000 square feet under roof, Caddy Carts is equipped to do all of your warranty and service required for your golf cart. Our Club Car™ certified technicians can properly diagnose and repair your cart no matter how minor or major the repair. Pick up and delivery is also offered to all of our service customers.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AN ANNUAL SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED ON ALL CARTS!

This preventative maintenance service will help to reduce costly repairs and ensure many hours of carefree enjoyment of your Club Car™.

Electric:

An annual service on an electric cart consists of pressure wash-bottom up /top down with wheels off, rotate tires, lube chassis, front suspension, hub bearings & cables, check electrical connections, clear fault codes, top off batteries with distilled water, load test batteries, coat terminals , scuff and adjust brakes, adjust pedal assembly and park brake, check alignment and tire pressure 20PSI.

Gas:

An annual service on a gas cart consists of pressure wash-bottom up /top down with wheels off, rotate tires, lube chassis, front suspension, hub bearings & cables, check electrical system and voltage regulator, adjust linkage, adjust pedal assembly and park brake, check alignment and tire pressure 20 PSI. Change filters and plugs as needed, clean and adjust carburetor, change oil, clean and lube clutches, check belts.

We strongly recommend that an annual service is performed on your cart YEARLY!

Locating Your Serial Number and Model Year Information on your Club Car:

When scheduling service or ordering new/replacement parts for your Club Car, the serial number will be required. Follow the instructions below to easily locate your Club Car serial number.

Barcode Location: (Two Possible Locations)
1: Mounted below your passenger side cup holder – a bar code decal can be found.
2: Above the accelerator or brake pedal – a bar code decal can be found.

PH = Precedent Electric

= 2007 Model Year
03
= Third production week
123456 = Unique Car ID

The letter(s) at the beginning of the serial number indicate the vehicle model (it could be one or two letters)

The following four digits indicate the model year and production week during which the car was built.

The six digits following the hyphen represent the unique sequential number assigned to each vehicle built within a given model year.

**Please note our serial numbers to do not contain the letter “o” – be sure to enter the number 0.**
